COSTUME RENTALS

Rental Policy

• Medasvi Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202005837C) is the costume ‘rental provider’. 

• Individual or Entity renting the costume(s) is the ‘Customer’.

• Costume rental fees for one full costume: SGD $55

• Security Deposit: SGD $55

• Rental period: Standard rental period is 7 days. Fee for each additional day is SGD $10.

  • Example 1: Costume rented on 01 June 2025 is returned on or before 08 June 2025. No additional fees.

  • Example 2: Costume rented on 01 June 2025 is returned on 10 June 2025. Additional fees of SGD $20.

• Collection and Delivery fees: 

  • Customer pickup and drop-off* from Bukit Panjang or Little India or Rochor: Free

  • GrabExpress (to / from any address in Singapore): SGD $20 (one-way) | SGD $40 (two-way)

* Pickup address details will be shared via WhatsApp once payment is confirmed.

Pickup and Return Policy

• Condition check: Customer is responsible for inspecting the costume at the time of collection, and should notify the rental provider immediately if they detect any existing damage or missing item(s). Failure to notify the rental provider might make the customer liable for any damages found upon the costume’s return. Please handle the costume with utmost care during the rental period.

• Packaging: Customers are required to return the costume with its original packaging and hangers.

• Alterations: Alterations to rented costumes are not allowed. 

  • Additional fees for any permanent alterations found on the rented costume is SGD $50.

• Washing | Drying:

  • Costume should be returned in the exact same condition it was received, barring normal wear and tear.

  • Before returning, hand wash the costume in tap water with mild shampoo only. No machine wash. No washing liquid / powder / soap. Prevent mold growth and costume damage by ensuring the returned costume is fully dry.

  • Additional fees for an unwashed costume is SGD $15.

  • Additional fees for a costume that needs additional cleaning due to make-up or other stains, beyond normal wear and tear, is SGD $15.

• Damages | Loss | Missing: 

  • Costume should be returned in the exact same condition it was received, barring normal wear and tear.

  • Additional fees for a damaged full costume, beyond normal wear and tear, is SGD $50.

  • Additional fees for a lost or missing full costume is SGD $50. 

  • Additional fees for damaging, losing or missing an individual costume item or accessory is SGD $15.

Payments

• All additional fees, if incurred, will be deducted from the security deposit.

• Rental Payments: Rental fees, security deposit and delivery fees (if applicable) to be paid via PayNow, before rental costume collection.
